The Imagine-B5G partners met on 29–30 October at EURECOM in Sophia Antipolis for the final in-person General Assembly of the project – a major milestone as the consortium enters the concluding months before project completion in March 2025.
Over two days, partners aligned on the progress achieved across all Work Packages and the critical steps ahead to successfully finalise the project’s Beyond 5G (B5G) vision.
The first day focused on technical development, platform readiness and the execution of pilots. These sessions highlighted the maturity of the Imagine-B5G platform, the results emerging from vertical use cases, and the project’s efforts to ensure wide impact through standardisation, exploitation and communication activities.
On the second day, the consortium shifted to validation efforts and project coordination. Discussions emphasised performance evaluation, progress on key deliverables and a coordinated approach to closing the project strongly and efficiently.
Hosted by EURECOM, this final physical meeting showcased a united commitment to delivering innovative outcomes that will empower the future of European 5G and Beyond networks.
Imagine-B5G now advances into its final phase with confidence, collaboration and a clear strategy to maximise the project’s impact across the telecommunications ecosystem.
