The IMAGINE-B5G project was represented at Aveiro Tech Week 2025, one of Portugal’s most relevant technology events, dedicated to innovation, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
During the event, Ubiwhere demonstrated how IMAGINE-B5G is enabling next-generation connectivity and supporting innovative use cases developed within the project. The demonstration featured N-TourXP-5G, one of the winning projects from the Second Open Call, highlighting the practical applications of Beyond 5G technologies. The Instituto de Telecomunicações (IT) provided the 5G infrastructure supporting the demonstration and was actively involved in the event.
In addition, Capgemini presented the IMAGINE-B5G project and the solutions developed through its Open Calls during the workshop “A caminho do 6G e exemplos na sociedade”. The session explored how 6G technologies will drive transformation across multiple sectors, from sustainable agriculture and emergency response to smart cities, healthcare, and logistics.
The participation of IMAGINE-B5G in Aveiro Tech Week reinforced the project’s mission to foster innovation and demonstrate the potential of B5G and 6G technologies to shape the future of connectivity.
